An ambitious Managing Director had opened an international sales office in Europe. The team needed to come together to agree strategic actions to drive improved pipeline and increase sales.
Emma ran a Strategy Day, including pre-day prep agreed with the MD. The day was full of debate and challenge and resulted in agreed, prioritised actions that allow the MD to easily track progress.
